I finally got the last project off the inkle loom. It was a method of pick-up that produced lettering, and I also tried Runic since it used a near-identical threading.

The latin saying ‘festina lente’ has long been a favourite. It means ‘make haste slowly’. ‘Carpe librum’ is a riff off ‘carpe diem’. It means ‘seize the book’, which seemed appropriate since these short test inkles are about the right length for bookmarks.
