Ages ago I stumbled on this print by the artist Craig Damrauer:

I love it. But not having a lot of wall space to spare, what with my paintings, Paul’s photographs and lots of bookcases, I didn’t want to order the print. If it had been available as a t-shirt I’d have bought one, however.

Recently I discovered there are now t-shirts. Well… the only ones left are XL, but they were on sale for only $10. I ordered one anyway, figuring that I’d do a bit of refashioning.

It arrived last week, and I discovered the other reason why it was only $10:

Not exactly light-fast. Where it had been folded must have been exposed to light, as there is a permanent grid pattern of bleaching. So when the time came to refashion, I had to do a little bit more than sewing. Results to come…
