I’ve seen some picture knitting in blogs recently. On big bat-winged 80s style jumpers, or those vests/tops with no armhole shaping so they look like a big rectangle, that I loved in my teens. But bloggers come in a broad range of tastes, and can be delightfully individual, so I told myself it didn’t indicate a overall shift in fashion.

Then I saw it in a music video.

Nooooooo! It’s coming back. Soon there’ll be giant koalas and gum trees, landscapes and cartoon characters everywhere! Run! Run while you still can!
